This is a place to communicate with staff about concerns and problems within the unit command structure.  Any negatives or issues that need to be dealt with are to be expressed here with the intent for solutions to be found and implemented as needed.  This is where general communication to staff that should not be in front of Cadets occurs.  Instructors and Officers are encouraged to communicate with each other and post their concerns/ideas/desires and BZ's to command staff so it can be addressed properly, anonomously at the next officers call with the intent to be forward thinking and problem solving to enhance each other's experiences while in enlistment with the USNSCC.
